Pricing - no quibble, no fuss, no long-term contracts, and no hidden costs.
Our live-in care service is competitively priced and regulated to ensure quality and consistency.
Your live-in carer companion
We pride ourselves on having a large pool of trained carers who can provide personalised and quality care to our clients. We carefully match each client with a carer who shares their interests, values, and preferences and meets their care needs. Because we know that care is more than just a service, it’s a relationship.
Supporting you and your carer companion
We love helping families with their care needs, no matter their situation. Whether you are just starting to look for care, already receiving care, or switching to a new care provider, we are here to support you. Our Fully Managed Service means we care for everything for you so you can have peace of mind and continue your life.
What our clients say?
I engaged with Gary and Promedica 24 with regard to someone I was working with who had very complex and long-standing needs. At this time the person was in residential care as this was the only service at that point which maintain their safety. I worked with Gary and his Care Manager to look at the needs which had been identified to see if it might be possible to manage these in a community setting. Support Planning and Risk Management were key areas on which I was able to work closely with Gary and his team to identify a pathway and timescale. Once the move was facilitated we were then able to work together with the issues and difficulties that arose to ensure that safety was maintained and gradual independence was realised. We are now at the point of looking to reduce the level of care required thanks to the huge improvements that have been made. I could not have commissioned a more cost-effective service to facilitate the discharge from residential care. Being able to have the same carer for a lot of the time was also very helpful.
Social Worker
The main benefits of 24 hour live in care, are that my Mum is safe and happy to be in her own environment - albeit she doesn’t always recognise her home any longer, and that she has companionship and reassurance when she becomes anxious or muddled. As her daughter, I have peace of mind that she is safe and well-cared for, and I have been able to have some breaks away without having to make complicated cover arrangements, and the constant worry of what might be happening. I think it took my Mum a little while to get used to there being someone else in the house, as she had been alone for 2 years. However, she has certainly now adjusted to the situation.

Physically he seems like a new man – much fitter and far better able to walk with limited assistance (walking stick rather than a frame). Mentally he is much more at ease than he was in hospital and the Care Home – he appreciates the company and the help, and does not feel that he is “being told what to do”. An added advantage is him receiving expert help in unexpected situations eg. he recently (because of the dementia) hallucinated but the carers helped him to deal with this.
Don
24 hour live-in care has been a great success so far. The carer provides company / companionship for my mum and ensures she eats and drinks well. The house is always clean and tidy, and my Mum is always dressed in appropriate clothes for the weather and time of year - which wasn’t always the case before! My Mum enjoys singing - having sung in a choir for most of her adult life - and the carer allows her listen to, and sing along with, music via CD player - which my Mum wasn’t able to operate when on her own.

Our carer over the last couple of months has been fantastic. Very dedicated, always smiling and well liked by my mother and my Aunt. Her time here ends today, but we would love to have her back sometime.

Promedica24 have provided respite care whilst my mother's live-in carer took leave. They are now about to provide long-term live-in care for us when our current carer leaves. Read more from the link below.

We have found Promedica24 to be extremely helpful and reliable.
They've trained their staff to a high standard and we have felt happy to leave Mum in their care.
